The author, Joey Rositano, spent a decade visiting and documenting the shamanic religion of Jeju Island. This photography book is a selection of moments, presented in both image and text, from the early years of his journey. Many of the shamans and other people featured in the book have since passed away. The book was originally published on Jeju Island in 2015.
